I’m dropping you a line a lot later than I had planned but 2022 has gotten off to a busier and more fruitful start than I could’ve imagined – and for that I’m so thankful. I hope the first month and a bit of the new year (am I still allowed to call it that in February?!) has treated you well. Hello for 2022!
After a fabulous time off, my husband, Kelvin, and I jumped into some cool influencer campaigns. Working with a luxury-end travel brand and local Mexican restaurant. These campaigns have been so much fun for us. Where an Influencer Campaign fits in your marketing strategy is a topic I’m looking to tackle this year. I’ve seen so many brands do it – some get it right and some are horribly misaligned. I’d love to help you achieve the former 🙂

Defining value proposition, customer profiles and social strategies are what the first bit of this year has looked like for me on the marketing consultancy front.
Working with a new client, launching a new offering has reinforced the importance of having a clear picture of who we want to serve through our offerings. So next up is a new resource all about defining your customer profile/s.
I’ll be sharing the same thought process I use when working with clients to define their customer profiles. This exercise has brought clarity and has left us asking hard and critical questions about the problems we think we are solving. So mark your calendars for later on this week!
