Am i allowed to change packages at any time?
Yes, of course! You may shift, up or downwards on a package at any time. However, given its nature, all changes to packages will require a 30 days notice to reflect the change.
How long is the contractual period?
All packages are quoted on a monthly price and are subject to a 4 month contractual period. The reason for the contractual period is that it’s important to remember that elements of your marketing strategy will take time to materialise in its result. It’s a long game and there is always learning for both parties involved.
Am i able to customise the package?
Yes, definitely! The implementation packages can be built uniquely to your marketing strategy to ensure you are reaching the goals you’ve set out for your business. The Core, Dynamic and Prime packages are merely starting points.
